What you need to know
- This is a physical product unlike many of my digital designs on the website
- This page will order 11oz coffee mugs
- This product is personally sublimated (not printed in a factory)
- Sublimation mug blanks are white prior to sublimation
- Your logo or design can be uploaded prior to adding your order to the cart
- A PNG image will provide the best results. Transparent background with a minimum of 300dpi
- Allow time for your unique product to be created
- If you require a larger order, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure stock
- As these mugs are personalized, I cannot offer a refund unless it is my error. Contact me so I can assist where possible
- Please ensure any wording or names are spelt correctly when ordering your logo mug
- Colours may differ from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration settings, printout settings, and material type.
- Shipping charges will be added during the checkout process
- Unfortunately, at this stage, I can only ship within Australia
- Pickup may be arranged for South Australians depending on location. Local pickup can also be organised through the Owen HeArt Of The Plains craft store
